Four partners from established Dallas litigation firms formed a new, high-end trial boutique, Gruber Hurst Johansen & Hail LLP, early January 2006. Mike Gruber, Michael Hurst, Mark Johansen and Brian Hail left their established firms to represent clients and practice law in a new way.
